Pastor Rick Warren Is Unfit To Be An American. Right?

Pooch Dog is in favor of equal civil rights for Gay and Lesbian marriages. Call it what you may, marriage or civil union. When the State sanctions marriages it is by definition CIVIL.

Unless, perchance you don't believe in the Separation of Church and State.

We go to a Church and get married spiritually.
We go to the State and are joined civilly.

I know I am out of step with the states who have made same-sex marriage illegal. And, I recognize I am out of step with a slight majority of Americans too who oppose same-sex marriage.

Even though I am in support of same-sex marriage, it is very, very distressing to me to witness the tactics used by same-sex marriage proponents in trying to get Obama to stiff Pastor Rick Warren!

It seems those trying to get Obama to oust Warren are saying...


Unless you agree with me, you are not fit to be an American!

    So glad to be among those who "disturb" you... It's every son's dream.

    I think I'm not so much against Rick Warren as against invoking God's name in the middle of an inauguration at all.
