Prairie Pooch Says This is Stupid!

Dallas Councilman Dwaine Caraway is on a mission: He wants those wearing low-hanging, baggy pants to pull them up.  

Similarly, the Prairie Pooch says he's cool and hip and down with snotty-nosed kids.  He's even made peace with jumbo boom boxes with steering wheels.  But, please!  If I want to see cleavage.  I'll find it another way.
