Cuban charged with insider trading

The latest big name target of the SEC is Mark Cuban. Cuban, the owner of the Dallas Mavericks and entrepreneur, has been charged with insider trading after selling his entire 6% hold of mamma.com upon learning they were raising money through a private investment.
